TTConnect Wave forms an integral component of TTControl’s Internet of Things (IoT) solution that establishes the next level of connectivity between off-highway machines and IoT.
The solution ensures a fast reaction to any kind of machinery issue, transmitting important alerts and messages from the TTConnect cloud service platform.
TTConnect Wave can be purchased via HYDAC’s online store.
TTControl’s IoT solution includes three components:
- A ruggedised IoT gateway TTConnect Wave,
- A cloud platform, including a customisable web portal, and
- A machine-to-machine SIM card.
Ruggedised IoT gateway TTConnect Wave captures data
Ruggedised IoT gateway TTConnect Wave captures data from interfaces such as CAN, GPS, and via accelerometer or gyroscope.
Supporting modern mobile communications, it enables fast transfer of actionable data.
A high-performance 32-bit (800MHZ) processor ensures runtime of current and future applications, with four gigabytes of flash memory offering efficient data storage.
TTConnect Wave designed for harsh environments
Ethernet and wireless LAN ports enable supplementary modes of connectivity.
And due to TTConnect Wave being designed for harsh environments, it can support a wide temperature range and comes with an IP67/IP69K rating.
TTConnect Wave can integrate seamlessly into the electronic architectures of existing off-highway vehicles
TTConnect Wave can integrate seamlessly into the electronic architectures of existing off-highway vehicles, enabling remote access to all data available on the vehicle’s CAN buses.
TTControl’s cloud platform is intuitive and fully configurable. It can be used to collect and illustrate remote device sensory data in near real time and it's easily accessed by an internet browser from a PC or mobile device.
The web portal, which is accessible from any device connected to the internet, allows the user to visualise and analyse all collected data.
A highly intuitive dashboard and customisable widgets promote a fast understanding of any external machinery’s live parameters.
User accounts with customer dedicated access rights can be created through the web portal, which can be adapted to any corporate identity.
Remote over-the-air ECU software upgrades are configurable in the web portal and executed by grouping vehicles with multiple criteria, ensuring seamless machine upgrades.
The solution ensures a fast reaction to any kind of machinery issue, transmitting important alerts and messages from the TTConnect cloud service platform.
TTConnect cloud service unlocks the benefits of digitalisation, allowing for substantial operational cost savings and procedural optimisation.
