Monoblock directional control valves are used in applications with a flow rate up to 160l/min and operating pressures up to 300 bar.
They are available with manual, cable, pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic spool controls.
Monoblock directional control valves RM 230 light and RM 270 light are available.

Monoblock directional control valve – RM 230 light
The RM 230 light is a monoblock valve for maximum operating pressures up to 210 bar and maximum pump flows up to 70l/min.
The valve comes with one to four sections per valve.
Therefore, it comes with an open centre for fixed displacement pumps.
Valve operation can be manual, with a cable, or by pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and hydraulic remote control.
The valve offers excellent operating characteristics because of specially designed spools for different applications.
Low and uniform spool forces are the result of careful flow force balancing.
There are many configurations of spools and spool controls, which make the valve suitable for a wide range of applications. Typical applications include tippers, cranes, refuse trucks and agricultural vehicles.
RM 230 light technical data
RM 230 light technical data is as follows:
- maximum operating pressure per port:
- RM 230 P1, P2, A, B - (300 bar on request)
- RM 230 L P1, P2, A, B - 210 bar
- T1, T2 - 20 bar
- maximum permissible flow either on port P1 or P2 - 70l/min
- fluid temperature range: -15°C to +80°C

Monoblock directional control valve – RM 270 light
The RM 270 light is a monoblock valve.
It has a maximum operating pressure up to 210 bar and maximum pump flows up to 120l/min.
The valve is available with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 sections per valve and comes with an open centre for fixed displacement pumps.
The valve operation can be manual or by pneumatic and electro-pneumatic remote control.
‘Super Rapid’ valve range
The ‘Super Rapid’ valve range is optimised for a maximum lowering flow of 185l/min.
The range allows lowering at the same time as another function is pressurised without use of pump flow.
The valve also offers excellent operating characteristics due to specially designed spools for different applications.
Low and uniform spool forces are the result of the careful balancing of flow forces.
Typical applications for the RM 270 are cranes, tippers, refuse trucks, multi-bucket systems, and roller container vehicles.
RM270 technical data
RM270 technical data is as follows:
- maximum operating pressure per port
P1, P2, A, B - 210 bar
T1, T2 - 20 bar
- maximum permissible flow either on port P1 or P2: 120l/min
- fluid temperature range: -15°C to +80 °C
