Condition Sensor Interface CSI-C-11 is used to convert digital sensor signals into a network protocol that can be sent to stationary and mobile devices.
Hydraulic and lubrication systems are designed to perform under pressure, whether it be on ocean-going vessels with huge propulsion systems and heavy lifting capabilities or simply a drive train and gearbox performing everyday tasks.
During operation, systems can develop faults, such as oil particulate contamination, water ingress, oxidation, and electrostatic discharge, to name a few.
Inefficient systems are unsustainable and contribute towards unnecessary social, environmental, and financial implications.
To address these issues, HYDAC offers all the required sensors to monitor a system from particle contamination, water saturation, and oil degradation to temperature, and much more.
Sensors include:
- CS 1000 series – a stationary particle sensor for the continuous recording of solid particle contamination in fluids
- HPT 500 (differential pressure transmitter series) – reacts to increasing contamination degree of the element by increasing the differential pressure signal
- Lab HLB 1400 – a multifunctional sensor for online monitoring of the condition of standard oils and bio-oils in industrial and mobile applications
Sensor data is collected and sent to the locally installed, robust and rugged HYDAC Condition Sensor Interface CSI-C-11 edge device.
The CSI-C-11 records and saves sensor data onto its internal memory, which is accessible from anywhere in the world.
IP66 rating denotes:
- Waterproof
- Dustproof
- Operating temperature from -25°C – 85°C.
The heavy-duty housing ensures reliable performance in harsh environments.
